Who we are and the scope of this policy
This policy explains how TutorBridgePro collects, uses, and protects your data when you use the platform, whether as a student, a tutor, or a visitor.
By using the platform, you agree to the practices described here. If you have questions, email us at support@tutorbridgepro.com.
Data we collect
When creating a student account: name, email address, country of residence, and an optional self-declared Support Gaza eligibility if applicable.
When creating a tutor account: name, email address, specialization, experience, bio, and academic verification documents submitted for review.
When sending a booking request: tutor, subject, curriculum, duration, requested time, timezone, student note, price snapshot and request status.
When using the contact form: your name, email address, and message content.
Basic technical data collected automatically by WordPress to manage sessions and login (essential cookies).
What we don't collect right now
We don't collect banking or payment card data before a payment gateway is approved, this policy is updated, and the processing terms are presented to the user.
We don't request any documents to prove Support Gaza eligibility; self-declaration alone is sufficient.
How we use your data
To create and operate your account, and route you to the right dashboard for your role (student/tutor/admin).
To review your academic verification as a tutor and approve publishing your public profile.
To display your public profile to students only after publication is approved, and only with the fields you agreed to show.
To respond to inquiries you submit through the contact form.
Who can see your data
Your email address is never shown publicly, whether you are a student or a tutor; it remains available to you and the administration only.
A tutor's public profile (once publication is approved) is shown to visitors according to the fields the tutor chose to display.
A student's data and booking requests are private to their account and visible only to the relevant tutor and administration to the extent needed to deliver and protect the service.
Sharing data with other parties
We use TranslatePress to manage Arabic/English translation, and Tutor LMS to technically manage tutor approval.
We plan to connect LatePoint for scheduling after its version, license and required mappings are verified; this policy will be updated before production synchronization is enabled.
We don't sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
Your rights over your data
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at support@tutorbridgepro.com.
You can update your public profile data (as a tutor) at any time from your dashboard.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect real changes to the platform, and the last-updated date above will change accordingly.
