By using TutorBridgePro, whether as a visitor, student, or tutor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Description of the service

TutorBridgePro is a platform that connects students with tutors whose profiles have undergone academic review by the administration before publication.

Reviewing academic verification does not constitute a complete professional guarantee by the platform for the quality of any lesson or a specific learning outcome.

User accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration, and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Student and tutor accounts are fully separate; neither can access the other's dashboard.

The administration may suspend or cancel any account that violates these terms or provides inaccurate information.

Published content

A tutor's profile is not published in the public directory until the administration approves their academic verification and publication.

The administration may review or unpublish any public profile that does not meet platform standards.

When a tutor updates their profile, the currently published version stays visible to students until the administration approves the new update.

Booking and payment

The booking and payment system hasn't been enabled on the platform yet, and no real booking or price data is currently shown.

Once booking and payment are officially enabled, that service will be governed by separate, detailed terms published and presented for your agreement at that time.

Support Gaza program

This program is enabled by self-declaration only at registration, with no proof documents required.

Submitting a false declaration for this program violates these terms and may allow the administration to suspend the account concerned.

Intellectual property

The TutorBridgePro name, official logo, and visual identity belong to the platform and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". Reasonable efforts are made for the accuracy of displayed information, without an absolute guarantee that it is free of errors.

Account termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@tutorbridgepro.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the location from which the platform is operated. This section will be defined more precisely following legal review.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect real changes to the platform, and the last-updated date above will change accordingly.
