FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Direct answers about what's actually working on TutorBridgePro today, and what's still being finalized.
How does the platform verify tutors' identity and qualifications?
No tutor appears in search results before the administration reviews their academic verification and approves their public profile. Academic verification and Tutor LMS approval are two completely separate statuses.
Can I book a lesson or pay right now?
Not yet. The booking and payment system is still being finalized, and we won't show a demo time slot, tutor, or price as real until the system is officially approved.
What happens if a tutor edits their public profile after publishing it?
The current published profile stays visible to students exactly as it is, until the administration reviews and approves the new update. A published profile never disappears mid-review.
Is my email address shown publicly?
No, never. Your email is never shown to anyone besides you and the administration, whether you're a student or a tutor.
How does Support Gaza work?
It is enabled by self-declaration only at registration ("I am a student from Gaza or displaced from it"), with no proof documents required.
What languages are available on the platform?
Arabic (right-to-left) is the default language, and English is fully available through the language switcher.
Why do you use "Lesson" instead of "Course", and "Tutor" instead of "Coach"?
These are the officially approved terms for the platform, matching "حصة" and "معلم" in Arabic.
